A: In order to qualify for the Windows® 7 Upgrade Program, you must purchase eligible ASUS notebook, consumer and/or commercial desktops, Eee PC™ or EeeTop PCs from 26th of June 2009 to the 31st of January 2010. The purchased product should also have an eligible operating system license, such as Windows Vista® Home Premium, Windows Vista® Business or Windows Vista® Ultimate. - DirectX® 9 graphics processor with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
