Mac OS X Snow Leopard refines the elegant Mac OS X user experience with lots of little touches and performance improvements that will make using your Mac even more enjoyable. It also includes a few big foundation technologies designed to tap the power of today’s computer hardware and provide a strong base for innovation. If you’ve purchased a qualifying computer or Xserve on or after June 8, 2009 that does not include Mac OS X Snow Leopard, you can upgrade to Mac OS X Snow Leopard for $9.95.*

This program ends December 26, 2009. Your completed order form must be postmarked or faxed within 90 days of the date of your purchase of a qualifying computer or Xserve (described in this offer) or by December 26, 2009, whichever is earlier.

Hardware Up-To-Date

This program entitles the purchaser of a qualifying product purchased between June 8, 2009, and December 26, 2009, to upgrade to Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard.
Mac OS X updates, which may currently be downloaded from www.apple.com or software update, are not included in this program.
To receive your Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard upgrade, you must complete the order form and provide a photocopy of a dated, itemized sales receipt indicating the marketing part number(s) of the qualifying product(s) purchased. Order acknowledgments, packing slips, and purchase order copies are not valid.
The program ends on December 26, 2009. Completed order form; payment; and dated, itemized sales receipt must be postmarked or faxed within 90 days of the date of your purchase of a qualifying product described in this offer) or by December 26, 2009, whichever is earlier. Please note that only credit card orders can be faxed.
This offer is good only in the United States (50 states and the District of Columbia) and Canada, and valid only in accordance with the terms set forth on this certificate.
Void where prohibited by law or where otherwise restricted.
Upon receipt of your completed order form and the required payment, the upgrades from inventory in stock will be shipped within 24 hours via U.S. mail (U.S. postal delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days).
